Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI
Located at R. PROF. MARIA PURESA S DE MORAES, 186, CENTRO – TOBIAS BARRETO – SE – ZIP CODE 49.300-000, hereinafter referred to simply as LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI, and on the other side, the customer of LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI, qualified at the time of purchase of LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI products, hereinafter referred to simply as the Customer.

Considering that LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI sells products and services over the internet; Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI ("Products") through its sales channels; this contract aims to establish the general conditions for the use and purchase of products and services for customers of the LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI website.

I. Confidentiality: LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and protected against hacking, through the Site Secure and Let’s Encrypt seals.

II. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has this service available to address their questions, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. The SAC can be contacted via phone or through the website's form.

III. Delivery Policy: The delivery time for the Products is informed during the purchase process, calculated in business days. Deliveries of Products are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 10 PM. Exceptionally, some deliveries of Products may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

III.I – The Customer is responsible for verifying the adequacy of the product's dimensions, ensuring that they are compatible with the spatial limits of elevators, doors, and corridors at the delivery location. No assembly or disassembly of the product will be performed, nor will transport via stairs and/or doors and windows, or hoisting of deliveries be conducted.

III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the specified location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between each delivery. It is essential that a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age, is present at the requested address to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI's Distribution Center.

III.III – After finalizing the order, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request advance delivery, or prioritize delivery.

III.IV – The delivery time informed during the purchase process takes into account stock availability, the region, the invoice issuance process, and the time required to prepare the product. With each update to the order delivery status, the LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.

III.V – The delivery freight cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the Product.

III.VI – LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI does not authorize the carrier to: enter the premises; deliver by alternative means (e.g., hoisting products through a window); perform installation or maintenance of products; open the product packaging; deliver to an address different from the one listed on the DANFE; or deliver to minors or individuals without identification.

III.VII – LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFAZ when it is exclusively due to customer-related issues, thus necessitating the customer’s presence at the tax office for the goods to be released, as information regarding releases and payments is only provided to those involved in such cases.

IV. Right of Withdrawal: The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase for the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the withdrawal period for the product purchase is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be sent back to LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), the manual, and all its accessories.

IV.I – The Customer must request the return through Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, under the topic “cancel order.” The costs of collection or postage of the Product will be covered by LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI.

IV.II – Upon the product's arrival at the Distribution Center, LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI will check if the above conditions have been met. If so, a refund of the total purchase amount will be arranged.

IV.III – For purchases made with credit card, the card issuer will be notified, and the refund will occur on the next invoice or the following one, in a single installment, regardless of the number of installments used for the purchase. The reimbursement period, as well as the billing of remaining installments after the total refund of the Product amount on the Customer's credit card by LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI, is the responsibility of the card issuer. In the event of future installment billing by the card issuer, the Customer will not incur any charges, as LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI, as mentioned above, issues the total refund of the Product in a single installment, with the credit for the refund granted entirely by the card issuer on the invoice following the month of cancellation.

IV.IV – For purchases paid with bank slips or direct debit, the refund will be made through bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer’s individual checking account. The CPF of the account holder is required.
