Shipping and Delivery

1. How does delivery work?

The shipping process begins after payment confirmation. Once payment is approved, the order is separated for billing and issuance of the invoice. At this stage, we consider a period of up to 3 business days for posting.
The delivery period defined by the carrier or the Post Office starts from the date of posting.

2. What are the shipping methods?

We use the postal service for deliveries throughout the country. The delivery time varies depending on the destination city and the chosen method:

Sedex : The fastest and most efficient way to receive your products anywhere in Brazil.

PAC : Economical method, with a lower cost than Sedex. Delivery times are longer and vary depending on the destination region.

Express : Exclusive service for deliveries in the city of São Paulo/SP and Greater São Paulo.
