EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
LA GEA COLLEZIONE EIRELI uses state-of-the-art technology for the manufacturing of its products, prioritizing the quality and satisfaction of its customers. Out of respect and to maintain the credibility earned with its consumers, the company has created an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, aiming to ensure that you (the customer) have an effective, swift, and primarily satisfactory negotiation.
For purchases made through the website, the request for exchange/return must be made directly through the platform or via the customer service center. If you choose to contact us via email or phone, a form will be sent to you for completion and must be submitted along with the item(s). Products returned without this form and/or without prior communication to customer service will be returned without prior notice.
When initiating the return/exchange process, the customer must provide the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the person returning the item, CPF (tax identification number), and the date of return on the back of the invoice to be returned/exchanged.
*ATTENTION: To process an exchange, you must be logged in. For returns due to regret/cancellation, if you decide to return the product upon receiving it, you must do so within seven calendar days from the date of receipt.
Observing the following conditions: The product must not show signs of use.
The product should preferably be sent back in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, labels, tags (reference label of the product) properly affixed to the product, and all its accessories.
After receiving the merchandise at our center, the item(s) will undergo a quality assessment. Upon approval of this process, the refund will be scheduled, with a processing time of 8 business days, which can be done via card, bank transfer, or PIX.
*NOTE: Products that are part of current promotions on the website cannot be exchanged.
